We are looking for an experienced accountant to contribute to the ongoing financial success of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in our finance team, focusing on expense booking and basic reporting while showcasing your potential for future growth and taking on additional responsibilities
What you’ll be working on:
  • Recording expenses ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • A/P: Maintaining the PO process and partner for our key stakeholders
  • Maintain and update financial records incl. bank and account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Compliance: Stay updated on relevant tax regulations and ensure all financial activities comply with local standards
  • Assist in Auditing: Collaborate with external auditors, HR and tax advisor
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closings
  • Communication with authorities
  • Occasional travel to the Austrian offices to collaborate with the wider EMEA finance team.
What you bring to the role:
  • Ideally between 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (UK GAAP), financial reporting, and expense management. Knowledge of international accounting standards is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experience with Expense accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ambitious and driven to take on more responsibilities as the organization grows.
